Note: (Tutorial only works with Adobe Photoshop)
Step 1
- Open Image.
Step 2
- Duplicate the background layer.
- Go to Image>Adjustment>Hue/Saturation and set the saturation to -60.
Step 3
- Go to Image>Adjustments>Exposure.
- Settings: Exposure = 1, Offset = -0.15, Gamma = 1.
Step 4
- Duplicate layer.
- Go to Filter>Blur>Lens Blur and follow the settings below.
Step 5
- Add a layer mask and select it.
- Get the brush tool and set the hardness to 25%.
- Brush the part of the image you want to focus.
